Kumho “London Calling” Prize Draw Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion runs from 13/11/2023 until 15/12/2023 (for one specified month per participating Kumho customers)
2. The final date for the promotion to be running is 31st January 2024
3. By entering the competition each entrant will be deemed to have accepted full terms and conditions and can be bound by the conditions outlined
4. Entries may be deemed invalid if they are incomplete, provide incorrect information or are received outside the specified timeframe
5. The Promoter takes no responsibility for lost or late entries
6. The prize draw will take place before or on 28th February 2024
7. All winners will be notified within 28 days

9. Disqualified participants: all Promoter employees, in addition to employees of participating companies or sponsors and their immediate families
10. Prizes are non-transferable, only the person who put in the original entry can be awarded the prize
11. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize is not available
12. This promotion offers all prizes (10 VIP packages for 2 people for hospitality at the Tottenham Hotspur home game with Nottingham Forest on April 6th, 2024, overnight accommodation, and an evening meal, plus 100 runners-up prizes of Kumho stainless steel bottes) across all participating Kumho customers
13. By participating the entrant accepts that their name and the content of their entry can be used by the Promoter for marketing purposes
14. By entering the competition winners agree for their name and image to be used for marketing purposes and agree to participate in publicity activities
15. Winners of the VIP package prize (for 2 people) will need to sign and return an Attendance Waiver and Release of Liability form
16. Winners of the VIP package prize are responsible for their own transportation to Tottenham Hotspur Stadium and from the central London hotel
17. The Promoter is not liable for any damage to prizes sent via post or courier
18. There is no cash alternative
19. We reserve the right to withhold any prize
20. The Promoter’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into
