Branch Manager, Darlington

We are excited to present a rare opportunity for an experienced Manager for our Darlington branch.

The branch is a busy hub providing a first class tyre and fast fit service, as well as mobile fitting for car/van, commercial and agricultural tyres in and around the Darlington area.

What does this role involve?

As the Branch Manager you would be responsible for the day-to-day site operations, including;

• Liaising with customers to schedule work, for both tyre/fast fit and mobile fitting
• Distributing mobile fitting jobs via our bespoke electronic system
• Invoicing completed jobs on a daily basis
• Arranging fleet work to maintain current contracts
• Being proactive with account customers, maintaining current relationships and being proactive to bring new customers onboard
• Managing stock levels and re-order requirements
• Manage staff to ensure that working practices and processes adhere to all current legislation (HSE, Employment Law etc).
• Additional requirements such as KPIs

You will be supported in this role by a number of key personnel within the company and whilst full training will be given, experience in a similar role is essential.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, however, additional hours may occasionally be required for the needs of the business.
