T404 Twin Implement
A complete range of Low Ground Pressure tyres, designed for field application with maximum respect for the soil. The non-aggressive tread pattern makes this tyre suitable for soft terrain. Characterised by its rounded shoulder design and wide contact area.
TM100
Narrow radial tyre, particularly suitable for row crop working and highly regarded for the comfort it delivers.
TM600
Line of standard series tyre with metric size marking specially designed for tubeless fitment. Traction, self-cleaning and resistance together with high load capacity, low soil compaction and excellent wear resistance are the outstanding performances of this line. The distinguishing feature of the TM600 is the innovative tread design, in particular the number and the geometry of lugs and the rounded shoulder help to prevent damage on grassland and crops.
TM700

TM700 Progressive Traction
The new TM700 ProgressiveTraction™ tread pattern is characterised by a special double lug operating on the soil, which releases higher traction when and where it is needed
Designed according to BlueTire Technology, the TM700 ProgressiveTraction™ meets the requirements of tractors from 100 hp to 240 hp, increasing tyre efficiency whilst assuring high productivity.
TM800
The TM800, one of the most succesful products of our agricultural radial range is D rated, able to reach 65 Km/h on the road at the nominal pressure of 1.6 bar. The extra large tread pattern offers maximum performance in the field and it is able to carry heavy loads and to work at very low pressure.
Its winning feature is its excellent performance on the road in term of stability, handling, comfort and long tyre life.
TM800 HIGH SPEED
The TM800 High Speed has been developed to extend the well-known road performance of TM800, utilising the most sophisticated High Speed technology to generate the most advanced radial tyre for agricultural applications.
TM800 High Speed handling, grip, comfort and safety, reach excellent levels and is matched perfectly with the technological evolution of modern agricultural tractors, that leads to a great sophistication in terms of construction (front or full suspension system) and higher safety and performances level.
TM900 HIGH POWER

TM1060
Engineered with BlueTire Technology, TM1060 upgrades the Trelleborg offering of high performance solutions for new generations of tractors. On the field, the new Progressive TractionTM design provides superior traction capacity, reduce working time, operating cost and fuel expenses. Capable of working at extremely low pressure, with thetypical aspect ratio of a 60 series, the TM1060 generates an extra wide footprint area providing premiumrespect for the soil, farm productivity and crop yield.
On the road, the new sidewall design significantly lowers rolling resistance, fuel consumption and emissions, while increasing stress tolerance, comfort and security for the operator.
TM2000
Radial tyre for harvesting and combined machines, the result of the advanced technology and experience of Trelleborg in agricultural tyres. High load capacity even at low pressure. The extensive footprint area allows a greater load to be carried for a given inflation pressure compared to standard tyres. TM3000

The Implement tyres are metric size marked, tubeless, and Load/Speed index rated, which gives a higher load capacity and higher permitted speed (40 – 50 kph) than previous tyres.
This line is recommended for trailers and other agricultural Implements such as spreaders, balers, ploughs, drills etc. The tread design and the rounded shoulders offer soft ground contact with minimal damage when turning, plus a low rolling resistance on road transport.

TM150

History of Trelleborg Tyres
Trelleborg has been pioneering polymer engineering and materials technology in its chosen segments for more than a century. In 1905 Trelleborgs Gummifabriks AB was founded and under the management of Henry Dunker, it rapidly became Scandinavia’s leading rubber-production company, with bicycle and car tyres, industrial rubber good and raincoats as its principal products.
In 1914, the rubber-production plant was prioritized as an essential wartime operation and production focussed entirely on meeting the needs of the Swedish defense forces. By 1930, the development of motoring had lead to car tyres becoming the single largest product. Inflatable leisure articles, such as swimming rings, air mattresses and rubber boats also increase substantially. In the 1950s internationalization began and the world’s first winter tyre and Europe’s first tubeless tyre were launched.
In 1962 Henry Dunker died aged 92 leaving his fortune to a number of funds and foundations which today control the majority of the voting rights in the company.
The proportion of sales generated by industrial rubber products increased steadily and production of car and truck tyres was phased out in 1975 due to a costly transition to radial tyres, overproduction and pressure on prices. By 1983 the company had grown from solely producing rubber products into an international conglomerate 20 times larger, in which mining and metal operations predominated, with rubber and plastics taking third place. A dramatic turnabout took place in 1991. Economic conditions worsened, metal prices plummeted and the Swedish construction market collapsed. An extensive streamlining program was initiated and large parts of operations were divested.
1994 saw a new logo for the company which was supplemented with three unfilled triangles, symbolizing the expansion of the group. In 1995 emphasis was placed on rubber operations, which expanded strongly through company acquisitions and in 1999 a new strategic focus was launched. Operations were focused entirely on the industrial sector, which grew through major company acquisitions and all other operations were phased out.
In 2003 acquisition of Smiths Group Plc established the Trelleborg Sealing Solutions business area and in 2005 Trelleborg AB celebrated its centenary. Trelleborg was now one of the world’s largest industrial rubber companies with production in some 100 facilities in 40 countries. In 2006 Trelleborg acquired American Reeves Brothers Inc. and became a global leader in polymer-coated, high-precision material such as printing blankets. Acquisition of the CRP Group was completed. This made Trelleborg a global market leader in polymer systems and solutions for the offshore oil and gas industry. By 2008 Trelleborg was the world’s largest industrial rubber company.
In 2012 the TrelleborgVibracoustic joint venture is formed between Trelleborg’s former business area Trelleborg Automotive and Freudenberg’s corresponding operation in antivibration solutions for light and heavy vehicles, Vibracoustic.
In 2014 Trelleborg acquired Uretek Archer LLC Group and grew within polyurethane-coated fabrics and rubber-coated fabrics in North America. Their products and solutions used across multiple segments, such as aerospace, healthcare, outdoor recreation, government and defense.
In 2016 the company finalises the acquisition of CGS Holding; a privately-owned company with leading positions in agricultural, industrial and speciality tyres as well as engineered polymer solutions. The acquisition meant that Trelleborg almost doubled its sales in agricultural tyres, strengthened its leading position in industrial tyres and added new positions in complementary speciality tyres segments.
