Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting for an experienced Manager for our newest branch in Scarborough.

The branch is a busy commercial hub delivering a first-class mobile tyre fitting service to our customers, for predominantly HGV, plant and agricultural tyres.

As the Branch Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations such as;

• Managing the team on site, ensuring compliance with Company policies, procedures and HR/H&S legislation
• Leading and driving sales for all transactions
• Liaising with customers via phone and email
• Maintaining an accurate stock record, ensuring re-order requests are placed in a timely manner to ensure good in-store availability
• Reviewing, setting and adhering to depot standards and sustaining high levels of customer service, efficiency and professionalism

Previous experience in a similar role is essential, however, you’ll be supported by a number of key-personnel including a Zone Manager, Area Operations Manager and Head Office Team.

This role is 45 hours per week within our operating hours, but you may occasionally be required to work additional hours for the proper fulfilment of the role.

The salary for this role is negotiable depending on experience.
