1934 Ford 3-Window Coupe Hot Rod in For New Tyres
Article written by Bush TyresWe always love it when a classic car comes into one of our depots, and they don’t get much more classic than this 1934 Ford 3-Window Coupe which came in for 4 new tyres recently.
The Ford chopped 3-Window Coupe had four new tyres fitted at our Spalding branch, having 195/60R14 86H Uniroyal Rain Expert fitted to the front and 275/60R15 107S B.F. Goodrich Radial T/A fitted to the rear.
The 1934 Ford features a 5.8L V8 engine and was in beautiful condition. We previously had the pleasure of working on the car when it came in for a full wheel alignment at our Spalding branch earlier this year.

This Peugeot 205 automatic visited our Boston Branch recently for Wheel Balancing. These centre-less “Pepperpot” style wheels can only be balanced on a balancing machine using a plate adapter. The adapter is needed as the wheels are unusual as they have no hole in the centre.
Land Rover chose the Continental CrossContact RX tyres to be fitted to the Defender at their production facility. Allround Tyres in Rotherham when required by the owner, fitted the same CrossContact tyres which the Defender was originally designed to run on. Therefore continuing the OE status of the tyres.
