One of only 320 and capable of reaching 177mph, this particular Carlton visited our Louth depot for its final preparation before being sold, hence the missing badges and trim.
Part of this preparation included a full set of Falken FK453s: Vauxhall Heritage Fleet’s chosen replacement for the original Goodyear Eagle GSAs. It had 23545ZR17 fitted on the front and 26540ZR17 on the rear.

This Peugeot 205 automatic visited our Boston Branch recently for Wheel Balancing. These centre-less “Pepperpot” style wheels can only be balanced on a balancing machine using a plate adapter. The adapter is needed as the wheels are unusual as they have no hole in the centre.
Land Rover chose the Continental CrossContact RX tyres to be fitted to the Defender at their production facility. Allround Tyres in Rotherham when required by the owner, fitted the same CrossContact tyres which the Defender was originally designed to run on. Therefore continuing the OE status of the tyres.
