Toyo Tire Holdings of Europe GmbH, (President: Kenta Kuribayashi), announces that, effective April 1 2023, Colin Pears will become the Managing Director of Toyo Tyre (UK) Ltd.
Colin has over 10 years experience at Toyo Tires, having joined the company in 2012. In his current position as Sales Operations Manager, his responsibilities include key account management of some of Toyo Tires strategic partners as well as overseeing the operational requirements of a growing sales company. He brings his industry insight and the excellent customer relationships developed in his previous position, to his new role as Managing Director of Toyo Tyre (UK)
Kenta Kuribayashi, President of parent company Toyo Tire Holdings of Europe commented on the appointment, "We are excited to welcome Colin as the new Managing Director to take the company forward. The inauguration of a European factory will revitalise the business model of Toyo Tyre (UK) and having the right leadership is key to taking full advantage of the opportunities this brings"
Ground was broken today within our Bush Tyres Beverley depot and for good reason, the work which is planned to be completed by early Spring will see a new MOT Station installed.
The wait for Ascenso’s first radial Earth Mover Tyre to be fitted in the UK is finally over. On Monday 9th February A small team from Toby Clowes was sent to one of Welton Aggregate’s active processing sites on Spa Road in Lincoln.
