Fast Fit Technician, Spalding

Our Spalding branch are currently recruiting for experienced Fast Fit Technicians to join their team.

The branch carries out a variety of fast fit work including tyres & alignments, batteries, brakes, exhausts ect, in addition to diagnostic and servicing work.

Role Purpose:

• To provide a first class Tyre & Fast Fit service.
• To deliver excellent customer service.
• To Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements
• To communicate Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs.

Technical Competencies:

Experience in tyre/fast fit work and light vehicle maintenance is essential for this role, however, further training in other areas can be offered in house along with the opportunity to attend training courses in specialist areas.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• To deliver work to the highest standard
• To self educate on tyre technical information
• Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
• Provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to good housekeeping routines
• Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures

This role is 45 hours per week during our operating hours:

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
