Fast Fit Technician, Boston

Our Boston branch are currently recruiting for an experienced Fast Fit Technician to join their team.

The branch carries out all aspects of retail work including but not limited to, tyres and alignments, fast fit work and MOTs/Servicing.

Role Purpose:

• To provide a first class Tyre & Fast Fit service.
• To deliver excellent customer service.
• To Adhere to all relevant Health and Safety requirements
• To communicate Bush Group vision for “quality at all costs.

Technical Competencies:

The ideal candidate will have experience in tyre/fast fit work, light vehicle maintenance and offer quality work with high attention to detail.

A minimum Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance is desirable, although not essential.

Key duties and responsibilities:

• To deliver work to the highest standard
• To self educate on tyre technical information
• Complete all relevant administration paperwork in detail.
• Complete fitting requirements as Instructed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Contribute to good housekeeping routines
• Understand and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures

This role is 45 hours per week during our operating hours.

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
