Ascenso Tyres R&D Manager Visits BAB Distribution

Last week Ascenso Tyres R&D Manager Abhishek Kumar visited our wholesale division BAB Distribution, as well as the rest of the BA Bush & Son Ltd Group.

On his visit Abhishek visited key Ascenso OE2 partners in the UK, looking ahead at future developments within their respective markets in a view to developing tyres that are innovative and market leading.

Abhishek visited OE2 customers including Sands Sprayers, Househam Sprayers and Larrington Trailers as well as end users and VFD dealers such as Grosvenor Farms, Staples, Ireland Farm Machinery, T H Clements as well as a host of others.

Abhishek met with key members of Househam Sprayers team including Rob Willey to discuss future tyre requirements and developments with VF technology tyres.

Abhishek also visited key Ascenso tyre partners, such as SETyre, as well as some of our  key agricultural retail branches.

The Ascenso team show a huge willingness to listen and adapt their tyres based on feedback from dealers and end users.

The feedback from all the customers was incredibly positive, praising the exceptional performance of the tyres.

A highlight was the visit to meet with Richard Larrington of Larrington Trailers who have been using and testing the Ascenso FTR 170 560/60R22.5 trailer tyre. Richard reported that the performance has been astounding, rivalling the performance of market leading premium tyre brands.

Abhiskek was also able to talk through Ascenso’s market leading production methods and their new VF tyre range that has been launched this year and will fully ramp up in Q1 of 2024.
